ushbu maqolada meva va sabzavotlarga elektr toki ta’sir ettirish orqali sok va sharbat olishni samarali usullarini ishlab chiqishda zamonaviy usullardan foydalanish. Sharbat olishning turli usullari ishlab chiqilgan va foydalaniladi. Sharbat olish usulini tanlash xomashyo turiga, yakuniy mahsulot turiga va ishlab chiqarish hajmiga bog'liq. Hozirgi kunda meva va uzumdan sharbat olish texnologiyasining quyidagi usullari mavjud: sharbatni presslab chiqarish, sentrifugalash usulida sharbat olish, presslash-ekstraksiyalash usulida sharbat olish, diffuzion usulda sharbat olish va membranali-ultrafiltratsiya usulida sharbat olish.
